Fiona, now Lacy
This is just an update on Fiona who we adopted in June. We renamed her Lacy and
she is doing very well in her new home. As you can see by the picture she is
very comfortable and happy. She is still a bit skittish and still jumps at loud
noices though. We take her camping with us and she loves the outside. She gets
regular walks as well and we found she loves the water but only to swim in, not
for baths . She is getting better about chewing, she did destroy my daughters
cell phone though. I warned my daughter but she didn't listen.
Lacy is very happy and is well loved and taken good care of. I am so glad we
were given the opportunity to make her part of our family. Thanks.

Faith, now Molly
Molly's new family writes: "Hi Betty, Faith's name has been changed to Molly. Here is a picture of her relaxing in the back yard with us. I refer to her as Little Miss Molly. She is fantastic. She is settling in nicely. She goes for a daily walk, walks great on a leash (until she sees a squirrel), sits before touching her food, sits on command, comes to the word come, hasn't had any accidents in the house, is so gentle and loving with my 8 month old grandaughter. Steve finally heard her bark tonight when I started to vacuum. I am waiting for her to finish healing from her surgery before I take her to play with my daughters dogs, she is very social and polite when we meet other dogs on our walks. The only thing we have to be so patient with her on is her separation anxiety. We can not move without her following one of us and laying right under our feet. I can only image what this little girl went through in her life already. She is slowly learning that we are not leaving her forever. She does not like to go in her crate if we need to go out during the day. She sleeps in it well at night. You told me on the phone that you thought Molly and I would be a great match and you are right. She is the perfect companion for both Steve and myself. I thank all the people at P.A.W.S. for taking care of her until we found our way to each other. I am sure we are going to enjoy her for many years to come."
